Many people get wrong idea about Zaha. She has a team that does all the work for her, she doesnt do all this bulidings by herself. That is the privilege of being a renowned architect, you have entire teams to do all the work for you, all you do is supervise them and tell them what to do...Many people tell me "Zaha is amazing, omg she does great work", but dont get me wrong, she gives her ideas to her workers to do work for her, and then she picks up all the glory...

Indeed it is best thing Ahmad, but I never like how those famous architects pick up all the glory and never give credits for true workers...

Famous architects have teams, and Yes, they pick up all the glory. But working for a famous architect helps you for the rest of your career. Even when the famous architects only puts the idea or even the insparation in the idea, the team can not do what they like, only when the architect is happy about the result, his/her name will be attached to the project. This often takes a long time. The very famous have teams who just work on idea's . . . and it doesn't have to be build or have a specific client. The idea itself is important to work on. Sometimes they use part of the experience later, sometimes it is to see how (part of) the team works on the design. Not all creativity goes in to practical work.

Zaha has lost it many years ago. She was better when it was a small office and she was in control.
