What is the standards of Art elements in the public places.

there is no standard of art element when it is a public space..........it could me monumental, tiny, or life scale according to where and why it is.....this is my perceptions what is urs.

we can't talk abt standards since each space have a special context a special history, applying somtg just standard wld affect the spirit of tht space and the way it s practised by users not just as a space but as a memory too. thts my point
